Psalms for protection prevent you from fear and build your faith in the mighty protection of God.

God gave all human beings a spirit of power and not of fear. But, sometimes you may find yourself in dread of someone or something. Be reminded today that fear is not God’s will for mankind.

He is our refuge, our shield and our fortress in times of battle and danger. We can run and hide in Him anytime we feel insecure.

God’s protection against both physical and spiritual attacks is ever present with us.

Powerful Psalms for Protection

How good is it to abide in the protection of the Most High! His protection over mankind was, is and will always be with us until the end of time.

His protection is vital against unpreventable situations such as drought, famine, floods, disease outbreaks and so on.

Psalms gives a clear reflection of our day to day fears and situations, and guides us on how we can reach out to God for His protection.

Read through the psalms as you confess them over aspects of your life that you feel are in dire need of God’s protection.

1. Psalms 27:1-2 (NIV)

The LORD is my light and my salvation–whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life–of whom shall I be afraid?

When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall.

Psalms for Protection Against Enemies.

Anyone who fights against us fights against God. Our enemies are His enemies. When enemies rise up against us, we need to take refuge in the Lord and hide in His divine protection.

He will fight all battles on our behalf and protect us from the attacks of our enemies. Trust in Him and He will protect you as He promised in His word.
